Oberoi Estates was formed to operate a small portfolio of New York residences with the kind of attention that has largely disappeared from the city: a single point of contact, a maintained property, and a tenancy that feels considered rather than processed.

We do not chase scale. Each building is acquired on conviction and kept with the assumption that residents stay for a long time. Our software exists to honor that — clear billing, quick maintenance, documents in their proper place.

The company is owner-operated, headquartered in New York, and intentionally quiet about its inventory.
